I waited a long time for a foal out of this jennet. We have had very hot weather and so when it cooled down I knew that we were going to have a baby explosion. Andi was the first to hit the ground. His mother was very proud of him. All the girls in with her are due and they all wanted him, but Abby tucked him close and did not let that happen. He is very friendly and would make someone a great family member.

Finally she foaled on the 16th in the middle of the afternoon. But this little guy was worth the wait. He has great conformation and a beautiful head to go with that. He will love living in California and keeping his mom happy in her later years. I think she has her hands full.
